License Agreement

By purchasing and using QuasarSpeak, you agree to these terms. QuasarSpeakgrants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to your purchased plan.

License Types

Standard License

  • Single user, personal use
  • 1 device activation
  • 1 year of updates included

Pro License

  • Single user, personal or commercial use
  • 3 device activations
  • Lifetime updates

Team License

  • Multiple users within one organization
  • 10 device activations
  • Lifetime updates
  • Volume license management

Permitted Use

You may:

  • Install and use the software on the number of devices allowed by your license
  • Make backup copies for archival purposes
  • Transfer your license to a new device by deactivating the old one first

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, sell, or transfer your license key to another person
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use the software for illegal purposes

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with QuasarSpeak, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

To request a refund, email support@quasarspeak.com with your order number.

Updates

Updates are provided according to your license type. Standard licenses include 1 year of updates from purchase date. Pro and Team licenses include lifetime updates.

"Lifetime" means the commercial lifetime of the WinWhisper product line, not the lifetime of the user.

Disclaimer of Warranties

QuasarSpeak is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, accent, and other factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
